Early Registration (January 5, 2015 – February 28, 2015): $350
Normal Registration (March 1, 2015 – April 30, 2015): $390
Late/On-Site Registration (May 1, 2015 – May 15, 2015): $430

**All registrations include a $25 processing fee**

The registration fee includes:

  • Conference attendance and materials
  • Access to wireless internet during conference sessions
  • Opening reception on Sunday, May 10, 2015
  • Buffet or boxed lunch on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
  • Conference Banquet on Thursday, May 14, 2015
  • Coffee during conference breaks

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY: Registration fees will be refunded fully for cancellations requested before March 1st. After March 1, fees will be refunded at 90% rate if cancelled before May 1st. No refunds after May 1st.

Travel support

A limited amount of travel support will be available to facilitate meeting attendance by students and young researchers. Instructions on how to apply for travel support can be obtained by sending an email to youngstars@astro.gsu.edu. The deadline to request support is December 1.

Contributed poster and oral presentations

Meeting participants will be encouraged to submit poster presentations. All posters will be on display for the duration of the meeting. There will also be room for a limited number of contributed oral presentations. Please stay tuned for submission details and deadline.

Optional Wednesday excursion 

The conference will recess on Wednesday afternoon, to give a chance to all attendees to relax and do some sightseeing of Atlanta. We are organizing a number of excursions and tours, which you are invited to join. These will include: a bicycle tour of the city (Beltline Bicycle Tour), a guided tour of several historical Atlanta landmarks (Historic Atlanta Trolley Tour), a hiking up the famous Stone Mountain rock formation with terrific views of the city (Stone Mountain Hiking), and a visit to a local brewery (Sweetwater Brewing Company Tour). You may register for any one of those activities for a additional fee of $20. Since the number of places may be limited, we encourage you to register in advance to guarantee your spot on one of the tours.
